The Lindy 2 Port USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type C Bi-Directional Switch enables seamless sharing of a single USB-C peripheral between two computers, or access to two USB-C devices from one host. Engineered for small offices, meeting rooms and professional AV setups, the compact switch removes the need to swap cables or configure network sharing.

With support for USB 3.2 Gen 1 speeds delivering 5 Gbps throughput and DisplayPort Alternate Mode for video, the switch carries both data and video. The unit supports video resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 (4K UHD) at 60Hz, and accepts standard USB Type C connections. Power delivery is supported via PD 3.0 (20V / 5A), enabling charging of connected devices when used with a compatible USB-C power supply. The active port is selected using a simple push-button and status indication for straightforward operation.

Connectivity is bi-directional: use the device to connect a single USB Type C peripheral to two hosts, or to connect two devices to a single host. The switch ships with a USB Type A to DC power cable for optional external power. Note that connected USB Type C cable length must not exceed 1 m to ensure reliable operation and signal integrity.
