Lindy 2 Port Automatic Optical Audio Switch (TOSLINK)

The Lindy 2 Port Automatic Optical Audio Switch provides a simple, robust solution for routing two digital optical Toslink sources into a single Toslink (SPDIF) input on an AV amplifier, Hi-Fi or home cinema system. Designed for reliability and ease of use, the switch automatically detects the live audio source and switches to that input, eliminating the need for repeated cable swapping.

Featuring 2 x Toslink inputs and 1 x Toslink output, the switch supports standard digital audio formats and operates from a 5 V DC supply via the included USB A to DC cable (barrel 5.5/2.1mm). The unit is housed in a compact plastic enclosure and is supplied with a user manual. The device supports audio rates from 32 - 96 kHz and is built for unattended operation with automatic switching of active ports.

Compatible with games consoles, Blu-ray/HD players, set-top boxes, PCs and any device with a Toslink digital optical output, the Lindy switch is equally suited to consumer and light professional AV setups.
