Trade Terms – Wrekin AV (B2B Clients)

These Trade Terms apply to all business-to-business (B2B) transactions between Wrekin AV (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and commercial clients (“you”, “your”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

💷 Pricing & Quotations

  • All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

  • Prices may vary based on volume, customisation, or delivery location.

🧾 Orders & Payment

  • Minimum order value may apply for trade accounts.

  • Payment terms are Pro Forma unless a credit account has been approved.

  • Approved accounts are subject to 30-day net payment terms from invoice date.

  • Late payments may incur interest at 8% above Bank of England base rate, plus reasonable recovery costs.

🚚 Delivery & Risk

  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

  • Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery or collection.

  • Title of goods remains with Wrekin AV until full payment is received.

🔁 Returns & Cancellations

  • Returns are accepted only with prior authorisation and within 7 days of delivery.

  • Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • A restocking fee may apply (typically 15–25%).

  • Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing before dispatch; otherwise, full charges may apply.

🛠️ Warranty & Liability

  • Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable.

  • Wrekin AV warrants that goods will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from delivery.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied and excludes indirect or consequential loss.

📜 Compliance & Use

  • You agree to use our products in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards.

  • You are responsible for ensuring compatibility and suitability for your intended use.

⚖️ Governing Law

These Trade Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
