At the PC end it has a USB3.x Type A male connector and on the device end a USB3.x Type A female connector.It can be cascaded once and when used with a 3m high quality USB3.0 cable at the device end, reach a maximum total length of 13m.The official name for this cable would be USB 5Gbps. (Previously known as USB3.2 Gen 1, USB3.1 Gen 1 and USB 3.0.)
