The registered jack 11 (6P4C) is commonly known as an RJ11 6 position 4 contact connector, this may also be referred to as RJ14 and are widely used in the construction of telephone, fax modem and ADSL cables. These are of crimp type so you will need to cut the cable to length, strip the jacket of the ends and then crimp.
