30-Day Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions.

Conditions for Return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and free from any signs of wear or damage.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all boxes, manuals, cables, and accessories.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number).

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Software, media, or products with a broken security seal.
  • In-ear headphones (for hygiene reasons).
  • Special order or custom-configured items.
  • Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

Returning an item is a simple three-step process:

  1. Contact Us First: Before sending anything back, please email our customer service team at sales@wrekinav.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and the return address.
  2. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging. Please include your name, order number, and the RMA number inside the package to ensure a speedy process.
  3. Ship the Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5-10 business days).

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will require photos of the damage to the item and packaging.

For faulty items, we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or a full refund, including the return shipping costs, at our discretion. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.

Exchanges

The simplest way to process an exchange is to return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like instead.
