At Wrekin AV, we aim to deliver your products quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery options, timeframes, costs, and procedures for our UK customers.

📦 Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery services across the UK:

🏢 Business Orders

For bulk or trade orders:

• Palletised delivery available for large AV equipment
• Dedicated courier services for fragile or high-value items
• Delivery times and costs will be confirmed at checkout or via a quotation

📍 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to:

• Mainland UK
• Northern Ireland, the Highlands & Islands (may incur additional charges or extended delivery times)

We do not currently ship internationally via the website. For overseas orders, please contact us directly.

📦 Order Processing

• Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
• You will receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order is dispatched.

🛑 Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

• The courier may leave a calling card or attempt re-delivery.
• You may be required to arrange re-delivery or collect from a local depot.
• Unclaimed parcels may be returned to us after 7 days.

🧾 Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please follow these steps:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include photos of the damage and your order reference number.
• We will arrange a replacement, refund, or repair as appropriate.
