📦 Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery services across the UK:

🏢 Business Orders
For bulk or trade orders:
- Palletised delivery available for large AV equipment
- Dedicated courier services for fragile or high-value items
- Delivery times and costs will be confirmed at checkout or via a quotation
📍 Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to:
- Mainland UK
- Northern Ireland, the Highlands & Islands (may incur additional charges or extended delivery times)
We do not currently ship internationally via the website. For overseas orders, please contact us directly.
📦 Order Processing
- Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order is dispatched.
🛑 Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:
- The courier may leave a calling card or attempt re-delivery.
- You may be required to arrange re-delivery or collect from a local depot.
- Unclaimed parcels may be returned to us after 7 days.
🧾 Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please follow these steps:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the damage and your order reference number.
- We will arrange a replacement, refund, or repair as appropriate.
