The number 4 signifies that a device is resistant to water only at the splash level. It can survive minor water splashes but cannot be submerged.

Use the dry-cleaner side first to remove dust from the screens surface. Apply 3 to 5 drops of cleaning solution on the wipe of the wet cleaner. Use the wet-cleaner to remove the dirt and micro-contaminants from the screens surface.
Don’t use this product to clean food or any food container

Wash your hands with fresh water after use
Not to be used internally, avoid contact with eyes
For DVD/Blu-Ray - Insert CD, play track 1 and then 3
For Audio CD Player - Insert CD, play track 1 and then 3
Play the disc and follow the instructions, the process will be complete when the music stops. When finished, stop the player and eject the cleaning disc. Return the cleaning disc to its protective case with the brush facing down.
